“入世”后国外对华反倾销趋势及我国应对策略

Anti-dumpling Trend from Foreign Countries against China after Enters the WTO and the Countermeasures to be Taken

近年来 ,由于频频遭受国外反倾销起诉 ,使我国正常的出口贸易受到一定程度的干扰。本文从国内、国外两个方面分析国外对华实施反倾销的原因后认为 ,我国“入世”后 ,国外对华反倾销的力度不会减弱 ,由此 ,提出我国应对这一趋势的策略。

In recent years,China has suffered frequently anti-dumpling accusations from foreign countries,which,to some extent,have disturbed China's normal export trade.After analysing the domestic and foreign causes of the accusations against anti-dumpling,this article come to a conclusion that after China's entering the WTO,the extent of anti-dumpling against China will not reduce,and thereby puts forward the countermeasures we should take.
