西部大开发战略正全面铺开 ,西部地区民族传统体育旅游资源丰富 ,国家旅游局又在 2 0 0 1年推出“中国体育健身游”的主题 ,西部旅游要发展 ,其中一个方面就是要利用好西部民族传统体育旅游资源。为此 ,必须建立“西部地区民族传统体育文化旅游圈”协作机构 ;设立“西部民族传统文化旅游开发基金会”;设计好西部体育文化旅游圈的旅游活动和旅游商品 ;并成立“西部民族传统体育文化旅游圈”

The strategy of the west development is widely carrying out. Traditional nation physical culture resources in western region is abound. State tourism bureau will put out the theme of 'tourism of physical exercise in China.' Western tourism needs to develop and one of the aspects is to have a good use of the traditional physical tourism resources in west. So ,firstly a cooperation institution of 'traditional physical culture tourism cycle in west' is needed to establish; Secondly a 'traditional culture development economical fund in west '.must to be built; Thirdly, it's needed to design the tourism activities and tourism goods of physical culture tourism cycle in west. At the same time, the academic research center of 'traditional physical culture tourism cycle in west' must be set up as soon as possible.
