摘要
从可持续发展理论的角度出发,本文全面分析了高校图书馆员的知识结构,提出了信息时代对高校图书馆员实施继续教育工程的基本原则以及教育机制,明确了继续教育的教育内容,阐明了图书馆员继续教育的重大意义。
In terms with theory of continuable development, this paper analyzes the knowledge structure of librarians of colleges and universities, puts forward the principle and educational mechanism by which the project of continuing education for librarians of colleges and universities can be implemented, clarifies the content of continuing education, illustrates significance of continuing education for librarian.
