ZNS 90 station ballast cleaning machine is a new railway maintenance machine for ballast clearing in railway station.In this paper the working gauge and the permitting space sizes of the machine are determined on the basis of analysing the gauge sizes.The arrangement of its structure is put forward and the stability analysis of the track after cleaning is discussed.It is indicated that the stability of track is sufficient with the machine.
