Cancer Immunotherapy of Targeting Angiogenesis

摘要 Tumor growth and metastasis are angiogenesis-dependent.Anti-angiogenic therapy may be a useful approach to cancer therapy.This review discussed tumor angiogenesis and immunotherapy of targeting tumor angiogenesis from two main aspects:(1)active vaccination to induce effective anti-angiogenesis immunity;(2) passive immunotherapy with anti-pro-angiogenic molecules relevant antibody.Evidence from the recent years suggested that anti-angiogenic therapy should be one of the most promising approaches to cancer therapy.
