脑挫裂伤临床与CT表现121例分析

An analysis of clinical and CT manifestation in 121 cases of cerebral contusion and laceration

本文报道脑挫裂伤121例,就其临床与 CT 表现进行了分析。作者认为:①临床结合 CT 表现,可以提高脑挫裂伤诊断的准确性。②外伤后 CT 显示脑干增粗、密度不均、脑池受压变形,是脑干损伤的表现,因此影响预后。③本组减速伤以冲击伤居多,单纯对冲伤常只发生在枕部着力的病例。

One hundred and twentyone cases of cerebral laceration and contusion were reported and the clinical features and CT scan findings were disscussed in this paper.The authors pointed out that when the clinical features and CT scanning were taken into con- sideration together,the accuracy of diagnosis would be improved.The depressed cerebral cisternas in the CT scanning after injury might be the manifestaion of brain stem injury and so the prognosis would be affected.The ratarded injuries in this group were mostly coup in- juries,but the simple contre-coup injuries were usually presented in the patient with occipital hit.
