摘要
本文报道3000例超声引导下经皮肾穿刺活检术的方法并结合临床分阶段进行经验总结,同时分析了术后并发症及其影响因素。另外,对近年刚开展的移植肾穿刺检查,以及小儿肾穿刺均进行了详细介绍。
The methods of percutaneous renal puncture biopsy guided by sonography in 3000 cases were concluded. The complication of biopsy and factors affecting renal puncture biopsy were analysed. The specimen obtained by renal biospy was analysed by microscope, electron microscope, immune—fluorescenee. Renal diseases can accurately diagnosed by renal biospy. It is important for diagnosis of renal diseases to become the one of diagnostic procedures. the comlications, successful rate. renal allografts and children's kidney of renal biospy as the one of invasive examinations wore concerned. We have experienced this procedure including renal allogrates, children's kidney for eight years. Renal allografts guided by ultrasonographic biospy is helpful in making the diagnosis of rejection. It is called 'optimal standard'. We concluded 3000 patiets with renal biospy from 1984 to 1992.
