摘要 本文选用26例严重颁面骨折的轴位或冠状位CT扫描数据进行三维CT重建,结果表明。三维CT对复杂性颌面骨折有一定的应用价值。它是对二维CT的重要补充,其优越性主要表现在;①能生动地表现骨折的部位、形状、程度,骨折块的移位方向,骨折的空间关系和可能的受伤机制;②不仅可通过旋转使观察者从各个方位对骨折进行观察,还可对图象进行切割观察和空间测量;③在三维CT上可直接观察骨折的全貌,迅速全面地获取有关信息,而不再需要对大量的二维CT图像综合分析,得出想象的病变三维构象,④可帮助临床医生制定治疗计划。 3D(three dimensional) images of 26 patients suffering from severe facial fractures were reconstructed from routine noncontrat axial or coronal CT scans, The results showed that 3DCT is a valuable method in comprehending the complex displaced craniofacixl fraetutes It is an important supplement to 2DCT. Its surpriority revealed by: 1. 3DCT images can demonstrate viviuty the shape, loc(?)tion, extent of fractures, shifting orientation of fracture fragments, spatial relationships of fracture and the possiole mechanism of injury. 2. The images not only can be rotated and viewed in a variety of ortentations but also can be sectioned and measured according to operator's need. 3. The technique enables the observer to make the diagnosis directly at a look about the fracture instead of watch and imagination. 4. It can help the clinician in treatment planning both before and after operation.
