摘要
本文介绍超声在颅脑疾病诊断中的应用。指出在婴幼儿、开颅术中及术后的应用较多,诊断效果可与脑CT媲美。对成人应用低频探头、高清晰度B趣仪亦可进行。文中介绍了检测方法及常见的颅脑疾病的声像图特征。
The application of B-scan in the diagnosis of intracranial diseases is presented in this paper. It is usefull in examination of intraeranial diseases of new borns and childhoodss, especially during operation and pos-operative patients. It is considered that the diagnostic effect is compatable as that of CT.Intracranial diseases in adult patientS may also be accurately diagnosed when low frequency probe and high definition imaging B-Scan apparatus is used. The examination procedure and ultrasonographic figyres of different intracranial discases are discribed in this paper.
