摘要
本文报道14例髓母细胞瘤,根据其发生部位分成三组:(1)小脑蚓部9例;(2)小脑半球4侧;(3)幕上1例。着重对其不典型CT表现进行分析,并结合文献讨论有关CT诊断和鉴别诊断。认为髓母细胞瘤的不舆型CT表现并不少见,除坏死,囊变、钙化和无明显造影增强外,也有不少发生于小脑蚓部以外者,其CT诊断多有困难,为提高诊断正确率,有待不断总结经验,加深认识。
14 cases of medulloblastoma were analysed by dividing them into three groups acording to their position: (1) in the vermis of cerebellum (9 cases); (2) in the hemisphere of the cerebellum (4 cases); (3) upper to the cerebellar tentorium (1 case); the study atress focus on the untypical manifestation on CT scan. It is considered that untypical shows are not seldom, Besides such signs as necrosis; cystous appearence and calcification there are considerable cases which have the position out of the vermis of cerebellum, resulting in the difficulty of diagnosis, The further study and more experienses are necessary for the more accurate diagnosis.
