摘要
通过测定经训练和未经训练小鼠一次力竭游泳后血浆、心脏、脑和骨骼肌中丙二醛 (MDA)含量和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH -px)活性 ,比较两组小鼠血浆、心、脑和骨骼肌中自由基损伤程度 ,探讨体育锻炼对机体抗自由基损伤的保护作用 .结果 :同样一次力竭性游泳 ,经训练组小鼠血浆、心脏、脑和骨骼肌中MDA含量显著低于未训练组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而GSH -px活性却显著增高 (P <0 .0 5 ) .提示经常性的体育锻炼可提高机体抗氧化能力 。
The experiment tested the content of MDA and the actively of GAH-px in plasma, heart, cerebrum and skeletal muscle in exhaostive swimming mice.The results showed that the contect of MDA increased in the untraned group than the traned and the control group(p<0.05). But the activeness of GSH-px decreased more in the untraned group than it did in other two. These indicated that often physically training can raise the antioxidetion of the body ,and dicrease the damage of lipid peroxidation in the body.
