两种训练方式对男大学生每搏输出量的影响

摘要 为了探讨同属有氧训练的短期耐力和力量性耐力训练对男大学生每搏输出量 (SV)的影响 ,该研究分别在训练前、训练 6周后和训练 8周后测试了 2 0名男大学生的SV .结果发现 :耐力训练 6周后SV就有显著性提高 ,而力量性耐力训练 8周后SV才有显著性提高 .这提示 :短期耐力训练和力量性耐力训练都能提高SV 。 To investigate effects of short-term endurance and strength-endurance training of aerobic training on stroke volume in male university students,this research measured stroke volume in twenty male university students before and after six weeks and eight weeks training respectively. The results showed that stroke volume increased significantly following six or eight weeks endurance training and that stroke volume increased significantly only following eight weeks strength-endurance training. These results demonstrate that short-term endurance and strength-endurance training all enhance stroke volume, in which there is different training time threshold from training items.
