通过对名身体健康、无运动经历的男大学生,不同强度运动前后身体成38分的变化情况的分析,探讨何种运动强度最适于调整身体成分的比例.以利于在大众健身中合理地应用.
The study analyzes the change of body composition of 38 freshers who are healthy and have no sports experience before and after the different intensity of sports and discusses which intensity of sports is fit to adjust the proportion of body composition, so that it can be better used in popular body -building.
