21世纪的竞争,核心是人才的竞争。企业要想在竞争中获胜,必须采取积极的吸引人才之策。健全相应制度、提供宽松环境、重视情感管理、采用内部提升及加强培训,不失为良策。
Competition in 21th century is the competition on talents. Any company that wants to win the competition should adopt active strategies to attract talents. Perfecting corresponding institution, providing comfortable environment, foregrounding passionate management, using internal promotion and strengthening personal training are all good methods.
