Organizing trade unions in communities is a new project to discuss in the work of reform about the mechanism for city management. Carrying on trade union work in building communities, the community trade unions in Dong Cheng District have made an active explorations in promoting the work of organizing trade unions in the new enterprises and asserting the legitimate rights of workers and staff in communities.
