有效管理是保证学校内部工作运行正常化和合理化的关键。要采用各种措施提高管理的有效性 。
The effective management is the key to carry out the work in colleges normally and reasonably. In order to give full play to managers' role in the teaching management, we must adopt every kind of measure to improve the effect of the management.
