新建企业工会组织建设在理论与实践方面遇到了许多难点问题。新建企业的经营理念、运作方式与国有企业有着明显不同 ,不能用计划经济的工会工作理论指导新建企业的工会工作 ,必须实事求是地探索适合新建企业工会工作的途径。

There are many difficulties and countermeasures in theory and practice abort organizational building of trade unions in new enterprises. The theory of management and the form of operation in new enterprises are obviously different from that in state enterprises. The trade unions work in new enterpsises should not be directed by the theory of trade unions work in planned economy, and the way of trade union work suited to new enterprises must be further investigated and studied based on facts.
