The management form of enterprises of foreign affairs is made up of three parts under the principal part of official-supervision system: running by the government, by the official-supervision, by commercial circles and running by both officials and commercial circles.Since 1870s, enterprises of foreign affairs have solely owned by the government and transformed into stock companies, which have been a strong lever to promote the industry development in modern times of our country.
