Treatment of Severe Electrical Burn of the Chest Wall

本文总结7例严重胸部电击伤病例。治疗的关键是保持胸廓的完整,早期有保留的扩创,晚期肉芽创面植皮;或早期简单扩创、切痂,新鲜异种皮(猪皮)移植,及时嵌入自体皮,使部分创面先行愈合。对暴露的肋骨,于晚期将坏死骨组织去除,达出血面,直接植皮封闭,可获得较好效果。

Seven cases of Severe electrical burn of chest wali are reported with emphysis on the essential points in their management. In order to maintain the integrity of the chest cavity and to avoid an opening defect of the chest wall which may cause severe complications, soft tissues of the chest wall must be preserved as much as possible during initial debridement. Autodermic grafting or fresh pig's skin graft have been used for skin grafting for enhancing healing of the granulating wound. The removal of exposed or sequestrated ribs together with overlying necrotic tissue may be desirable before skin grafting so as to achieve a wound healing.
