本文在人力资本理论的框架下,构建了人力资本对经济产出作用的计量模型,并运用此模型就人力资本对我国经济产出的作用进行了实证的测度和研究,为我国实践“以人为本”的科学发展观提供了有益的参考和借鉴。

According to human capital theory,this paper creates the mathematic model about the effect of the human capital to economy production.Then it makes an counting and a case study for the effect of the human capital to economy production in China according to the previous model.
