摘要
ERP 能产生各种各样的有形与无形效益,其有效益如库存削减等比较容易定量度量;但是其无形效益如员工士气的提高却比较难以定量度量。本文建立了一个模糊评价模型用来评价 ERP 带来的无形效益。
ERP can bring all kinds of body or bodiless benefits,the former such as the reduction can be measured relatively easily,but the later such as the improvement of the staff's morale can't be quantitatively measured easily.This paper set up a fuzzy appraising model to appraise the bodiless benefits brought by ERP.
