组织背景下情绪智力研究的意义 被引量:8

摘要 组织背景中的情绪智力(emotionalintelligence,EI)研究受到了许多研究者的关注。众多研究表明,组织背景下EI与领导力、组织氛围及组织绩效之间有密切关系,对整个组织发展和成长都有着积极的影响。同时,这些研究也为组织甄选、人力开发、晋升体系及职业规划提供了新的思路。EI的测量手段有多种,但其预测效度仍需大量研究来验证。
