摘要 生态学界面设计是一种在复杂的社会技术系统中用来设计人机界面的理论体系,对知识型工作者具有重要意义。研究表明,它增强了人们的适应能力,并提高了问题解决的绩效。文章主要介绍了生态学界面设计的理论基础,并对影响其效果的3个因素及其特点进行了简要的探讨。
