摘要
我国水价制度的发展主要经历了无偿供水、低标准收费及成本收费3个阶段。目前,我国水资源状况和现行水价制度均不容乐观,必须继续深化水价改革,使我国的水价制度更为完善。
The history of our country's water price development mainly concluded three stages : free water supplying , low standard charge and cost price charge . At present the condition of our country's water resource and water price system is not satisfactory , and we must continue to deepen the water price reform to make it more perfect .
