摘要
对连铸 2 0~ 3 5 Cr Mn Si A钢板进行了供货热处理试验。结果表明 ,连铸 2 0 Cr Mn Si A钢板采用90 0℃正火工艺处理、连铸 2 5 Cr Mn Si A钢板采用 880℃正火工艺处理、模铸 3 0 Cr Mn Si A钢板宜采用73 0℃回火工艺处理。连铸 3 5 Cr Mn Si A钢板采用 75 0℃回火工艺处理时 ,产品各项指标可满足订货要求。
Heat treatment experiment has been done on continuous casting 20~35CrMnSiA steel plates for supplying. The result shows that normalization technique treatment of 900℃ and 880℃ should be respectively adopted for continuous casting 20CrMnSiA and 25CrMnSiA steel plates, temper technique treatment of 730℃ should be adopted for mould casting 30CrMnSiA steel plates. Every index of the products can meet order requirements when adopting temper treatment of 750℃ for 35CrMnSiA steel plates.
