Perfecting the Natural Resource Legal System of Our Country Under the Idea of Sustainable Development

目前我国自然资源法律制度存在着诸多问题。为在可持续发展观念下完善我国自然资源法律制度,首先要完善自然资源产权制度、自然资源交易制度、自然资源价格制度,其次是自然资源保护制度。

Presently there exist many problems in the natural resource legal system of our country. Ways to perfect the natural resource legal system of our country under the idea of sustainable development consist in: Firstly perfect the asset system of natural resources, transaction system and price system of natural resources,and secondly the protective system of natural resources.
