On the Equal Relationship between Government and Citizens

平等关系不仅存在于公民之间,而且存在于公民与政府之间。在市场经济条件下,公民与政府之间关系的不平等将导致市场分配和政府再分配的不公平。能否正确处理公民个人与政府之间的关系,对于社会主义政治文明建设有着重要的现实意义。

Equal relationship does not only exist among citizens,but also exists between citizens and government. Under market economy, the inequality between government and citizens will lead to the inequality of market distribution and government re-distribution. Whether the relationship between citizens and government can be dealt with correctly is of great significance to the construction of socialist political civilization.
