焦大和包勇都是有功于贾家同时最忠于主子的痴奴。然而,由于他们的性格耿直、说话不讲方式,以及生活习性的某些缺陷,尽管对主子无限忠诚,也只算是一种愚忠。不仅得不到主子的赏识,同时又得不到下人的赞同,分别酿成命运多舛的悲剧人生,颇值得世人深思。

Jiao Da and Bao Yong are both benefactors to Family Jia and idiotic slaves of blind allegiance to their master.However, due to their candid personality and different way of speaking as well as certain deficiencies in living habits, their loyalty to their master is idiotic although they have shown boundless allegiance to their master.They not only cannot get the appreciation of their master, but also cannot be accepted by the servants of the family. They respectively suffered a fate of life miseries, which is thought-provoking.
