两种可塑性粘土的性能及在高强度电瓷坯料配方中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 简要介绍了两种可塑性粘土原料的矿源情况。采用X-ray、XRD测试手段和物化性能测试方法,系统分析了两种粘土的矿物组成、化学组成、颗粒组成和各种性能,认为两种粘土在电瓷配方中有一定的应用前景;对两种粘土进行高强度电瓷配方试验,并完成配方的相关性能测试,结果表明,该配方工艺性能好,烧成温度范围宽,符合电瓷产品生产要求,达到了预期的试验目的,同时,对拓宽粘土原料的应用,起到了很好的借鉴作用。 The deposit and resource of two plastic clay raw materials are introduced.The mineral,chemical composition,grain size dispersion and properties of the two kinds of clay are systematic andlyzed by X-ray,XRD and physico-chemical test methods.It is considered that it be practicable to apply the two kinds of clay in electroceramic composition.Test for application of two kinds of clay in high strength electroceramic composition have been performed.The test results show that the composition has good processing performances and wide range of sintering temperature,and meets the processing performance for insulator production,the anticipant test purpose is achieved.At the same time,it widens the application of the clay raw material and will play a good reference role.
