烧结温度和热处理对ZnO压敏陶瓷的影响 被引量:10

摘要 首次提出用"微观网络"的分析方法来研究ZnO压敏陶瓷的相结构和电性能,并对其"微观网络"中的两个节点即烧结温度和热处理温度进行研究,结果显示:随着烧结温度的升高,ZnO压敏陶瓷的压敏电压不断下降,非线性系数则不断提高,至1250℃达到最大值。这主要与晶粒的大小、均匀度以及晶界势垒的高度有关。对于热处理温度,研究结果表明:在600℃下的热处理能大大提高ZnO压敏陶瓷的稳定性。通过对"微观网络"中烧结温度和热处理温度的研究,可以确定较佳的工艺参数。 A new method of 'micro-network'has been presented to study electrical properties and phase structure of ZnO varistor ceramics.Two factors,sintering temperature and annealing temperature in the network has been studied.The results of the experiments show that with the increasing of sintering temperature,the threshold voltage decreases monotonously,but the nonlinear coefficient increases,and when the temperature is up to 1 250℃,the value is the maximum.This mainly attributed to grain size,homogeneity and barrier height of ZnO ceramics.The heat treatment at 600℃ can greatly improve the stability of ZnO ceramics.Through the research of sintering temperature and annealing temperature in the network,the best technological parameters are determined.
