Effectiveness of the modern air fight is determined by three factors:information,mobile and firepower. The effectiveness evaluation of the air force aero-complex reflects the changing of the magnitude degree and the correlation of the three factors. It has simple and practical characteristics to evaluate the effectiveness of the air force aero-complex generally based on the series-parallel connection models frame.
