摘要
现代空战效能主要由信息、机动和火力三大要素决定,军用航空综合体的效能评估应反映三要素重要度的变化和相互关系的变化.用串并联模型框架对军用航空综合体进行效能评估是一种新方法,对研究其他复杂系统的效能评估有重要参考价值;应用串并联模型框架对军用航空综合体进行了物理和逻辑分解,并量化了各个分系统效能,建立了军用航空综合体的静态效能模型,分析了各分系统对系统效能的影响和配备武器装备的数量及质量对系统效能的影响;用串并联模型框架对军用航空综合体进行效能评估,具有简单实用的特点.
Effectiveness of the modern air fight is determined by three factors:information,mobile and firepower. The effectiveness evaluation of the air force aero-complex reflects the changing of the magnitude degree and the correlation of the three factors. The effectiveness evaluation of the air force aero-complex with series-parallel connection models frame is a new method, and it has reference value to the research of other complex systems. The air force aero-complex is analyzed physically and logically in the directions of series-parallel connection models frame. The system effectiveness is quantified. The static effectiveness model is built. The paper also analyses the effect of the subsystem on the system effectiveness, the quantity of the equipped weapon equipment and the effect of the quality on the system effectiveness. It has simple and practical characteristics to evaluate the effectiveness of the air force aero-complex generally based on the series-parallel connection models frame.
