There is a very important sense for advance the economic and military effect to set up the science and effect government procurement model and mode for military metrology project. Based on government procurement theories and practices at home and abroad, the paper analyzes the abuse about the current procurement model of the military metrology project, studies and founds the government procurement model focused on centralized procurement for military metrology project, and works over and puts forward the government procurement mode of focus on competition for the military metrology project.
