摘要
设计一种基于移动数据通信的新型VoD系统,阐述了该系统的基本构成与工作原理及其现实意义。该系统采用移动数据通信网络的无线信道来传输VoD点播控制信令,实现无线数据通信系统与有线电视网络系统的技术融合。
A novel Video-on-Demand system based on Mobile Data Communication h as been designed, in which wireless channels of mobile data communication networ ks are creatively used for transferring the control signal of Video-On-demand sy stem, and the technological inosculation between CATV networks and Wireless Data Communication networks is realized. Discussions in the paper focus on its funda mental structure, operating principle and real significance.
