摘要
提出了一种新的基于计算机视频图像的车辆检测方法,并提取了车辆的车次、车速、车长等交通流量参数,用VC++6.0在微机上进行了实现,取得了较好的效果。
This paper introduces a new method based on computer image for dete cting vehicles on the road and extracting some parameters such as the number, sp eed and length of the vehicles. It is implemented on computer with VC++6.0, and good result is obtained.
