摘要
就住宅设计与建设中存在的问题进行了分析 ,从套型与面积的设计、平面布局、小区室外环境等方面 ,提出了几点看法与建议 ,以创造出真正高质量、高技术。
It analyzes problems existing in design & construction of residence and propounds several opinions & suggestions from aspects of design of model & area, plane design and outer environment of the district so as to real residential environment which has high quality,high technique and high emotion.
