摘要
介绍了违章建筑的概念 ,分析了违章建筑的危害 ,从政府管理缺位、经济发展的要求及执法问题三方面 ,探讨了违章建筑的成因 ,提出了相关的处理建议。
This paper introduces the concept of unauthorized construction and analyzes its hazards. In addition, from three aspects: government management, the requirement of economic development and law enforcement the causes of those buildings are discussed. In the end corresponding treatment suggestions are proposed.
