摘要
以广州地区为例 ,就其非承重墙砌块墙体常出现的裂缝和渗漏工程质量通病的主要原因进行了分析 ,提出了防治此质量通病的措施 。
Taking the buildings in Guangzhou as example and according to the cracks and leakage defects produced in non-load-bearing concrete block wall the major causes are analyzed; at the same time corresponding measures are considered in order to provide references for practice.
