以某 2 8层高层住宅工程为例 ,结合其场地工程地质条件 ,就桩底和桩侧后压浆技术的施工要点进行了阐述 ,通过单桩竖向静载试验 ,大幅度提高了桩的承载力 。

Taken one high-rise residential building as example and combined with site engineering geological conditions the key points in post-pressure grouting construction of pile bottom and lateral are elaborated. Vertical static test of single pile show this technology greatly increases the bearing capacity and reduces settlement of pile.
