摘要
结合对一组国外较新数据的调查研究 ,从数据和DRB的特性入手 ,对DRB在解决争端时的有效性进行了分析 。
In this paper, a set of data is collected from a questionnaire of the US to prove the effectiveness of DRB. In this way, the data is helpful to the construction industry of our country to understand and utilize DRB to effectively settle disputes.
