摘要
目的 :探讨局限型韦格纳肉芽肿的临床病理特点及误诊原因。方法 :结合文献 ,对局限型韦格纳肉芽肿的病理特征、在眼部的临床发病特点及误诊原因进行回顾性分析。结果 :2 6 5篇韦格纳肉芽肿论文中 74例累及眼部 ,其6 .8%仅为眼局部表现。结论 :局限型韦格纳肉芽肿易被误诊为局部炎症。全面掌握韦格纳肉芽肿的临床病理知识 ,有助于本病的诊断与治疗。
Objective:To study the clinical and pathological characteristic and the misdiagnostic reason of limited Wegener Granulomatosis(WG).Methods:The pathological characteristic,the ocular clinical characteristic and the misdiagnostic reason of WG were analysed retrospectively combined literature.Results:74 of 264 cases of WG caused ocular lesion and 6.8% of them were limited on the eyes.Conclusions:Limited WG is misdiagnosed as local inflammation easily.The full clinical and pathological knowledge of WG can help to make a correct diagnosis and treatment.
