急性肺脓肿的中西医结合治疗(附51例疗效分析)

ACUTE PULMONARY ABSCESS TREATED IN COMBINATION WITH CHINESE TRADITONAL AND WESTERN MEDICINE(WITH 51 CASES)

本文报告用中西医结合的方法治疗急性肺脓肿19例,并随机与单纯西药治疗17例,单纯中药治疗15例作疗效比较。结果表明,中西医结合疗法在临床主要症象恢复时间及临床治愈率方面均优于两对照组,并试从临床和药理方面分析中西医结合的长处,提出发挥中西医结合的优势,取长补短,提高疗效。

Treatment of 19 cases of acute pulmonary abscess in combination with the Chinese traditional and western medicine is compared with the treatment of 17 cases with western medicine and treatment of 15 cases with Chinese traditional medicine. The clinical and pharmacological analyses show that the combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine has better curative effect than all the other two methods.
