血管紧张素转换酶基因与中国人群冠心病、高血压病及糖尿病的关系 被引量:1

Association of Angiotensin Converting Enzyme Gene with Coronary Heart Disease,Essential Hypertension and Type 2 Diabet Mellitus in Chinese Population

摘要 目的 :研究血管紧张素转换酶 ( ACE)基因与中国人群冠心病 ( CHD)、高血压病 ( EH)及 2型糖尿病( T2 DM)的关系。方法 :2 5 0例呈不同组合的 EH、T2 DM以及 CHD患者及 90例正常对照用改良的聚合酶链反应 ( PCR)方法检测 ACE基因型 ,比较基因型及等位基因频率分布。结果 :1无合并 CHD的 T2 DM及 EH组 ACE基因型及等位基因频率与正常对照无显著差异 ;2 CHD组无论是否合并 EH及 /或 T2 DM, 基因型及 等位基因频率均显著低于正常对照 ,而 DD基因型及 D等位基因频率均显著高于正常对照 ;3T2 DM合并 CHD组及 EH合并 CHD组中 II基因型及 I等位基因频率均显著低于正常对照 ,而 DD基因型及 D等位基因频率均显著高于正常对照。结论 :ACE基因多态性与中国人群 CHD相关。这种关联亦见于 EH或 T2 DM合并 CHD中 ,但 ACE基因仅是 CHD发病的遗传学基础 ,而与是否合并 EH及 /或 T2 Objective:To study the association between Angiotensin converting enzyme(ACE) gene polymorphism and coronary heart disease(CHD), essential hypert en sion(EH),type 2 diabet mellitus(T2DM) in Chinese population.Methods:ACE genot ypes of 90 cases of control and 250 cases of patients with different combination of CHD, EH and T2DM were detected by PCR with improved method, and their freque ncies of genotypes and alleles were compared.Results:①ACE genotypes and allel es frequencies had no differences between EH, T2DM and control.②Both group of CHD with T2DM and/or EH and group of CHD without T2DM or EH had significantly lower II genotype, I allele frequencies and higher DD genotype,Dallele frequenc ies than control.③II and I frequencies in T2DM subjects combining CHD and E H subjects combining CHD were significantly lower than control, but DD and D frequ encies were higher.Conclusion:ACE polymorphism was associated with CHD in Chine se population, the association could also be seen in EH or T2DM combining CHD. ACE gene was a genetic basis of CHD, but had no relationship to its combination with EH and/or T2DM.
