由于三氯乙烷对臭氧层有所损害而需淘汰,经过QC小组详细方案论证和一系列的实验,选出了用于替换三氯乙烷清洗剂的产品4310B作为电子枪阴极的清选剂,降低了成本,并取得较好的清洗的效果。
Because the trichloroethane preparation will damage the ozone layer, therefore it must be eradicated. After the QC team embarked on a serial of experiments and had a detailed discussion of the scheme, product 4310B was selected to replace trichloroethane as the CRT cleaning preparation. The cost was decreased, and we gained a better result.
