摘要
本文对10例心尖肥厚型心肌病(AHCM)及同年龄组20例正常人分别进行超声心动图检查,同时对AHCM组进行心电图检查。结果表明:AHCM组心尖部明显增厚,平均15±2.3mm.EF、SV、CO、△T、PEP/LVET、V_E、V_A、V_A/V_E、D_C较正常对照组均有明显差异;AHCM组心电图特征是T波深倒,平均8.6±1.2mm,伴有S—T段压低。本研究旨在探讨AHCM的超声心动图和心电因特征以及二者之间的关系。
Ten cases of apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (AHCM) And 20 healthy persons were examined with echocardiogram seperately. And the AHCM patients were also examined with electrocardiogram. The results showed that the apical regions of AHCM group were thicker than that of the healthy ones. The average thickness is 15±2.3mm. EF. SV. CO. ΔT. PEP/LVET. Ve. Va. Va/Ve are quite diferent from the control group. T-wave inversion with S-T segment depression is the main electrocardiographic characteristic of AHCM group. The main purpose of this article is to reveal the characteristics of echocardiogram and electrocardiogram and the relationships between them.
