摘要
本文从案例分析角度入手,剖析了绩效考核中存在的问题,引出绩效考核中全面质量管理的概念,并且从全面的、全过程的、全员参与的、全方法的四全角度出发,论述了提高绩效管理的新思路。
The paper started from the standpoint of case analysis, clarified the universal problems existed in the performance assessment, and then introduced the notion of overall quality management. Furthermore, the author illustrated the new improvement framework of performance manamgement from a comprehensive, participating, methodical and logical viewpoint.
