摘要
报告胸部、食管手术及外伤所致乳糜胸19例,其中以食管癌手术发生率最高,为1.25％。提高对此并发症处理效果的关键在于早期诊断。主张早期手术治疗,解剖寻找瘘口进行结扎的方法比较困难,认为经右胸膈上胸导管结扎术简便、有效,适用于任何一侧或双侧乳糜胸。
The article reports 19 cases of chylothorax caused by wound or esophageal operation at thorax;and the incience is high at resection of esophageal carcinoma,accounting for 1.25%. In order to improve the effect of the treatment of the complication of this disease.early diagnosis is the key step. We stand for operation at early stage. Dissecting and ligating the fistula are very difficult. but we have noticed that the ligation of thoracic duct at the upper of diaphragm through right thorax is very simple and effective,and suitable fo any side or bilateral chylothorax.
