摘要
应用安定涂宫颈管粘膜,对210例孕妇进行临床观察。药物通过宫颈粘膜,使其平滑肌松弛,宫颈口开大,减少宫颈机械性刺激,降低人工流产综合征(RAAS)的发生。
Diazepam was applied to 210 pregnant women's mucous membranes of cervical canal. As the drug passed the mucous membranes,it made the smooth muscles relaxed, the uterine neck orifice dialated and the cervical mechanical stimuli reduced, the occrrences of the artificial abortion syndrones were greatly decreased.
