镁在新生儿先天性心脏病所致心衰中的应用

APPLICATION OF MAGNESIUM IN TREATING NEONATAL HEART FAILURE CAUSED BY CONGENITAL HEART DISEASE

对28例新生儿先心所致心衰患儿血清镁进行研究并补镁治疗,发现低血镁24例,占85.7％,在病情加重过程中血镁继续降低,提示低血镁可能是诱发或加重心衰的重要原因之一,及时补镁对降低严重心衰的发生率及病死率有重要意义。

This article reports examinations of the magnesium in blood serum of 28 neonates suffering from congenital heart disease. Twenty-four are diagnosed as hypomagnesemia, accounting for 85.7% of the total. The content of the magnesium becomes less with the exacerbation of the heart disease so hypomagnesemia maybe one of the main factors that evoke or deteriorate the disease. Supplement of magnesium is believed to be an important way to lower the sick and death rates from heart diseae.
