摘要 介绍了低温制冷机系统中氦压缩机的工作原理。通过对一般压机泵的研究,设计了专用的氦压缩机泵,引用了先进的热交换及过滤技术,解决了该类压缩机的滤油问题,延长了其使用寿命,提高了制冷机的可靠性。 The article introduces the principle and the main specifications of a kind of helium compressor unit. To develop the reliability, some technologies are studied deeply, such as the method of helium-compressor modification and the oil separation, are all described in details.
