国产化大型冶炼烟气制酸装置的设计与实践

云南冶炼厂硫酸三系列,是我国目前自行设计的最大规模的冶炼烟气制酸装置。该装置采用稀酸洗净化、一转一吸工艺流程,具有排污量小、稳定性好、适应性大、设备大型化、转化升温操作简单和补热容易特点。国产化率达100％。其主要指标大多已达到或超过设计值。

No. 3 H2SO4 system with a capacity of 250kt/a in Yunnan Smelter is the largest smelting acid paint designed by China at present and uses weak acid scrubbing purification and single absorption process. It has advantages of large scale, good stability and flexibility, a small am-mount of sewage disposed, and simple temperature-raising procedure and heat supplement for the conventer. All equipment of the plant was made in China. Most of the main indexes reach or are superior to the design targets.
